My car has damage, what do I do?
Learn what to do if you find a GoGet car with damage. Important stuff!
Every time you use a GoGet car, you should check it for damage.
If you notice damage to the car, inside or out, check the damage log in the co-pilot, usually kept in the glove box. The damage may have already been reported, or it could be new.
If the damage is not described in the damage log or does not have a valid report number, you need to report it to us.
To report new damage
- Go to Bookings
- Tap on your current booking
- Scroll down to I have an issue with my booking
- Tap there is damage on my car and follow the prompts
You must notify us at the start of the booking to avoid being held responsible.
Correct damage inspection and reporting help us assign the responsibility of damage to the right person.
