How to find your GoGet car or van

The easiest way to find the location of your GoGet car or van is in our app.

Finding your Car in the App

Visit the Bookings tab and select Upcoming Bookings. Once you click on your booking, you will see an option to view Pod Details. This will bring up a map of the pod location, as well as information about how to find and access the car

Youcan also find info on what to do if the pod is taken when you bring it back at the end of your booking.

Finding your car via your email confirmation

Along with the info in the app, you will also receive an email booking confirmation with the location details and any special instructions you may need to access the GoGet pod.

​If the pod has multiple cars in it, please check the car name or number plate against your Upcoming Bookings in the app or your Booking Confirmation email.
