What to do if your car is not in its Pod at the start of your booking

The first thing to do, is to double check your booking details in the app and make sure you are at the right place. If we have been able to track the vehicle and know it is parked out of it's usual pod, you will be notified in the app, and be able to see on a map where the vehicle is parked.

If you're sure that you have a current booking and you are in the correct location and there are no notifications in the app letting you know the car is out of pod, please call or chat with us via Help in the app so we can find you another vehicle, and get you going ASAP.
