I need to refuel during my booking

Learn how the GoGet fuel card works and when to refuel (remember we pay for fuel!)

GoGet always pays for petrol, but we rely on you to fill up and you must make sure the car has at least 1/4 tank when you return it.

Our cars and vans have WEX Motorpass fuel cards inside, which will let you fill up at most major petrol stations. The PIN for the fuel card is in your booking confirmation email, and in the GoGet app or website.

Visit Bookings and tap on your current booking. It will show you the fuel pin. Tap on the fuel pin to see what fuel type you should use.

If you can’t find the fuel card, the PIN, or a service station that will accept the fuel card, then you may need to use your own money to pay for petrol. If you have paid for fuel yourself, please hold on to the receipt and request a fuel reimbursement.

Tip: The fuel cards only work with the right fuel, as specified in your booking confirmation email/text. If you used the wrong fuel, the fuel card didn't work - not to worry! We will reimburse you for that trip. Just remember to check for the correct fuel next time.
