Where is the fuel card PIN?

The fuel card pin is in your booking confirmation email/SMS or in the GoGet app

Our cars and vans have WEX Motorpass fuel cards inside, which will let you fill up at most major petrol stations. The PIN for the fuel card is in your booking confirmation email/SMS, and in the GoGet app or website.

To find the pin in the app/website visit Bookings and tap on your current booking to bring up more information about that booking.

You'll vehicle fuel pin along with other important booking info. Tap on the fuel pin to see what fuel type you should use.

If you can't locate the fuel PIN and need to move on, remember we can reimburse you if you pay with your own money. Simply use take a photo of the receipt and visit Profile > Fuel Reimbursement to request a refund.
