GoGet is a membership-based car share service. There are a range of plans depending on how often you plan to use the service, whether you are a business or whether you only need access to vans and utes.

Membership

  • A joining fee applies when you sign up to certain plans.
  • Some plans also have an ongoing membership fee. The higher the membership fee, the lower your booking rates will be
  • You can cancel your membership at any time

Booking a Car

Each booking is made up of:

  • A time charge (hourly or daily)
  • A distance charge (based on kilometres driven)
  • You may choose to pay for additional damage cover to reduce your damage liability
  • Location surcharges apply to some GoGet cars.

GoGet automatically applies the best rate for your booking. If a daily rate is cheaper than hourly pricing, you’ll get the daily rate.

You’ll see the cost estimate before confirming your booking in the app.

  • Fuel
  • Insurance
  • Registration and maintenance
  • Roadside assistance

Extra charges may apply for things like tolls, fines, late returns or damage.
