How do I book a GoGet car?

You can book a car or van in the GoGet app or website in minutes.

You can quickly and easily book a car using the GoGet app or the GoGet website.

  1. Open the GoGet app or log in at www.goget.com.au
  2. Go to the Search page
  3. You’ll see available vehicles near you, along with their hourly and daily rates.
  4. By default, availability is shown for the current time. You can change the date and time to plan ahead.
  5. Use the filters to find specific car types or features (for example, vans, child seats or pet friendly cars).
  6. Choose a car near you, or search by entering a different address.
  7. Select your start and end time, then confirm your booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, you can view the vehicle location (pod) and access details by tapping on the pod name in the app. These details are also sent to you in your booking confirmation email, so you can find and access the car easily when your booking starts.
