  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address
  4. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Haven't received your email? Please check your spam folders and check you entered your email address correctly.

Tips for choosing a new password

  • Use 12 or more characters - longer is better
  • Never reuse passwords you’ve used before or ones used for other accounts
  • Aim for something strong, unique, and hard to guess
  • We also recommend changing your password periodically for better security
