I'm having issues with my login, or I don't have access to my login email

If you are having trouble logging into the GoGet app, it may be caused by a couple of different issues:

I have forgotten my password

It's easy to reset your password. Go to the app or website and enter your email address.

  1. Tap Forgot your password
  2. Confirm your email and tap Continue
  3. You will be sent an email with a password reset link.
  4. Follow the prompt to reset your password
  5. Log in with your new password

I no longer have access to my login email

My usual login isn't working and I haven't used GoGet for a while

We have recently updated our website and app and upgraded security. To move your account into the new app, you will need to reset your password and set up 2-step verification.
